Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

  Pack the Product

  Carefully place the item in its original box with all internal protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, then securely attach the return label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
